This action-packed shooter hazard has had its fair share of big and small boss fights. Some of those include cool, large looking creatures that make you wonder what their story is while others are... somewhat unpleasant and unsettling things.

Anyone whose played Remnant: From The Ashes already has a list lined upwardly in their caput of the nastiest bosses they've encountered! Though anybody's list may be different, especially due to the games randomly generated worlds, this is our top five most mystifying and most weird bosses!

ten WEIRD: The Undying King

The Undying Male monarch is an interesting character because he holds himself as if he could be a God, or as if he is, much like The Keeper Of The Labyrinth does. Though, it'due south doubtful he is every bit important as he thinks he is. The Undying Rex is from another alien earth that is also struggling with the Root, which is why he asks you to be his little helper.

Adorned with nil just a dirty material on his caput and a brim to match, The Undying King is a foreign dominate because he bathes in unusual liquid, (which might be role of why he is undying?) has spider-artillery, and good lord, wait at that glowing matter on his caput! ix MYSTERIOUS: The Dreamer/Nightmare

[Spoilers] Though almost people who play Remnant: From The Ashes have a true disdain for this particular dominate, the character and idea of The Dreamer's story itself are very interesting to note. When beating the game we find out that the source of the Root problem, or at least the source of it for Ward xiii and Earth, lies within a forgotten sector where a dreamer was wrongfully used.

This was an ordinary person that, by a miracle, had a item talent to travel through worlds with his mind. This is known as existence a dreamer, and in that location were quite a few in the Wards. Whatever evil scientist was researching him though, continued him to a dangerous animal. The Nightmare. This is an innocent dreamer that got taken over past the female parent of all Root and it started using him as a vessel. Because of this, The Dreamer is one of the most mysterious bosses.

The dominate seems to be some Queen Bug rogue mage that can control those horrible, tall problems-ladies besides as cause corrupted explosions!

What could be more weird and gross than a distorted animal that is conspicuously somehow an insect, but you're non sure where to categorize it, and doesn't look dirty just rather poisonous...

vii MYSTERIOUS: The Ravager

Back in the glowing, mystical globe of Yaesha, there is a dominate one might run into in their randomly generated campaign that is a large wolf-fauna! With glowing eyes that match the odd shining plants effectually the world, this canine-beast has clearly had its den disturbed.

The Ravager has a mix of different feet, from long fingers with abrupt talons, to goat feet... also with sharp talons? This doesn't take away from its fantasy feel simply rather enhances the mystery and involvement of the big, pouncing beast.

6 WEIRD: Scourge

If you take abroad the shooting and the rolling and accept a stride in the Scourge'south shoes, he might be i of the about uncomfortable bosses there are. This is an infected animal (or man) that seems to have a literal beehive stuck on acme of his head.

When y'all aim for his head, he smacks it, which then activates these hive-type homing missiles. But did y'all ever find that when he's hitting his head, information technology'south almost as if it's bothering him? Itching or something? Someone assist this man, he is clearly trapped! Only imagining having a beehive (or any insectoid nest) encapsulating your head must bring shivers downward all of our spines.

5 MYSTERIOUS: The Ent

This must be one of the well-nigh ginormous bosses in Remnant: From The Ashes. The Ent is a grand, extravagant walking tree infected with Root and seems to be captured in a large arena.

The fact that this is a large tree in itself is something of mystic value since there are age-onetime legends of wise and powerful ancient trees in real life. The Ent is a mysterious, magnificent beingness that couldn't help simply exist awed at when you first encounter it if only for it's size!

four WEIRD: The Harrow

Yet again we have some other unsettling creature trying to take us to the under realm. This indescribable beast seemingly has no epidermis to speak of and long, sharp artillery made for swingin' and snatchin'.

The Harrow running towards you lot with those long arms isn't plenty though, no, his face just has to look like a cross betwixt Voldemort, a skeleton, and a demon! And don't fifty-fifty get u.s.a. started on the tight spaces and the adds...

3 MYSTERIOUS: Totem Father

Father of totems, mister Totem Begetter. We might all be able to hold that Yaesha may have the most mystical, enticing creatures and temper and that doesn't stop with mere NPC enemies! It goes for its bosses too.

Yaesha's bosses ofttimes seem to be mixed between different species and creatures we didn't even know existed. Totem Father seems to be some monkey-human being with antlers and... a devil's face? Certain aspects of his beingness make him both unsettling and cabalistic.

ii WEIRD: The Unclean One

Let's all be honest hither, shall we? The Unclean One? Definitely i of the nastiest bosses there could exist in the game. Come on, his proper noun says he is unclean! And permit's non get started on his appearance which farther proves this case of uncleanliness...

The Unclean One can be institute in a large hut in Corsus, smacking a big hammer on some meat. Mayhap nosotros don't what to know what type of meat it is. Non only does this human being where booty-begetting overalls, but he has warts growing everywhere and historic period-old blood that'due south stained onto his pare. And to top it all off, one of his weak spots is his butt!

1 MYSTERIOUS: Ixillis

Ixillis is the guardian of Corsus and whose heart you take been asked to accept. Fighting on a small, thin wooden span high upwards in the air with no barriers to protect falling makes this one of the hardest boss fights. Specially when you consider the fact that another Ixillis pops up on the other side!

This beast seems to exist some type of insect-monster with flowing turquoise fins if you lot will, a staff, and glowing eyes. Though this boss may somewhat resemble a bug, it's mysteriousness and mystical elements come from the fact that it's a soft-floating, glowing creature hidden in spacious, dark caves.
